Tuesdays on Salt Spring offer a condensed seasonal Saturday market but still featuring all the best locally grown and produced foods. Fill yer boots (and your bellies) with everything from artisan breads and baking to gourmet mushrooms, farm fruits, crisp veggies and sun-kissed berries of all kinds. Fresh cut flowers and on-the-spot munchies available too. All to be enjoyed as you wander along the waterfront of Ganges village.
